This section is on the world of food and cooking. I have decided to name it “Jaamva chalo ji” because
- I love the mad Parsis I meet. (You can’t have a weekend meal at the Britannia Restaurant near the Indian Mint and not love them.)
- I picked up this name from some of the writings of Behram Contractor, someone who has the same outlook on many Matters of Significance (e.g. food) as I.
Therefore, this is where we “jaamva chalo ji”.
